Pastor Johnson who’s ministering at Chikomba Church is very concerned about the spiritual welfare of his local Church. Just like any other pastor, he is very keen to see his church growing well spiritual and numerical, but because of the Covid 19 the Church seems to be gradually deteriorating in attendance, offering and tithing. Johnson consulted me for advice. I suggested to conduct a Church Revival of which we did. We did not invite nearby Churches to avoid big gathering. The revival was fruitful. The backsliders came back again to Church and promised to attend Sunday Services regularly. Some rededicated themselves to faithfully offer their tithes and offerings to the Lord. All in all, I was excited that five (5) people committed their lives to Jesus to be their personal Lord and Savior. They’re yet to be baptized after the floods. Some Churches have lost their converts while baptising them in flooded rivers.
