Friends in Christ
Women’s Ministry continues to grow and inspiring in Binga. Women have been looked down upon by some Churches. In some Churches they are given little or no participation in the ministry. I give glory to the Lord for using women in expanding God’s Kingdom not only in Binga, but in other Districts as well. Women had their Annual Conference on the 7th to 10th of June in Hwange. The conference was attended by all interested women from all over the North Matabeleland. More than 500 women attended the conference. Different languages were being spoken and interpreted. When I gave an introductory sermon I had a woman interpreting for me. The conference was very fruitful because we had baptism on Sunday and many rededicated their lives to Christ. They had many interesting activities such as drama, Bible quiz, singing competition and the like. It was awesome and fun.
