October and November have been busy months for me with conferences and house project. I had Leadership Seminar which commenced on the 25th to 30th of October. The seminar was attended by the Pastors, Elders, Deacons and their wives. I had a fair attendance of 51 people. Some leaders failed to attend because of financial restrictions. I exalted God for His guidance and presence throughout the seminar. October is one of the hottest months where we expect the audience to be sleepy during the lessons and being quite aware of that, I decided to have discussions instead of lecturing. I divided the audience into small groups for discussions and then report to the audience. There was also time for the leaders to share their experiences in the ministry. It was so motivsting and encouraging to know how God is working through their lives and ministries. Some leaders are doing very well despite their lack of financial support. Again it was our joy to share T- shirts among the pastor. Pastors are very appreciative of this small gesture of Love. It is our prayer that this material support to all out pastors and families to grow.
The House Project.
There’s a good progress on the house project. In November we were able to clear the building site and got the foundation dug. I was able to buy the river sand, gravel stones, bags of cement and ten thousand standard bricks. The 4 builders have started constructing the building. It is now at the Slab stage. There has been no water on the site. Therefore, I bought 7 x 6m pvc water pipes and got them connected to the main pipe water. Now I have abundant water at the Site. May you please continue to pray for the Lord to provide more funds to purchase building materials. I still need to buy more bags of cement, door frames, and window frames.
